3. User Accounts and Registration

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI PROXY SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may cancel your account through the dashboard
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
